Coming into this season I am expecting a tremendous culture change. Year 1 we were able to win 7 games and winning is the key to change. I am training a new QB, Sakib Muhammad. Sakib is an elite athlete but very limited on experience. Last season he played JV and we were mainly focused on defensive back for him. Sakib is highly intelligent so I knew I could train him to be a viable QB in a short time. Our offense will look much different with an elite athlete at the helm. As a team we only return 3 starters, but I believe our player development is the best in the country. Each individual needs to focus on getting bigger, stronger, faster, and smarter at his position and we should emulate what we did last season, which is to say continue a winning culture. Kaleb DeClaire, Ivan Saintmelus, and Tyler Seraphin will be relied upon for their experience as our only returners. Returning zero offensive starters is going to present an extremely large learning curve but we will make it happen. There is no offseason.
